Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related field.
• 5+ years of development experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce.
• Salesforce certifications required: Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator.
• Hands-on with low-code (Flows) and pro-code (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
• Strong analytical, engineering, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience publishing design documentation and participating in architecture/code reviews.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and PHI handling.

Responsibilities
