Job summary

21st Century Home Health Agency seeks a hands‑on Salesforce Developer to own our Health Cloud environment. You’ll design, build, and optimize back‑end solutions, including MuleSoft integrations and deployment pipelines, working with leadership.

Bring 4+ years of Salesforce development, Health Cloud know‑how, and strong Apex/MuleSoft skills. This is an on‑site role in Burlingame with a focus on scalable, secure architectures.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development, primarily back‑end
• Health Cloud experience—know the data model and clinical workflows
• Deep Apex: triggers, batch, future methods, queueable jobs
• Strong MuleSoft development—API design, deployment, cross‑system connectivity
• JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for LWC work
• Comfortable writing scripts for automation, data processing, and system operations
• Track record as an internal developer or working with outside Salesforce firms
• Git required; CI/CD experience (Salesforce DX, Copado, or similar) preferred
• Solid grasp of governor limits, platform architecture, and security model
• Able to turn business and clinical requirements into scalable solutions withouthand‑holding

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain production Apex — classes, triggers, batch and scheduled jobs
• Build custom UI with Lightning Web Components (and Aura)
• Build and optimize MuleSoft integrations connecting Health Cloud to systems
• Design REST and SOAP integrations
• Write complex SOQL and SOSL within governor limits
• Automate business logic across the platform — Flows, batch processes
• Run sandboxes, deployments, and release pipelines (Salesforce DX, Copado, Jenkins)
• Scope, review, and validate what external consultants deliver
• Administer the org — users, profiles, permission sets, roles, security
• Handle data migrations, ETL, and data integrity with Data Loader and scripts
• Keep Git discipline and document architecture and integration logic
• Build reports and dashboards for operational and clinical teams
• Debug and fix platform issues using developer console and logs
