Job summary

iTech US Inc in Hartford, CT is seeking a senior Salesforce expert to lead enterprise implementations. You bring 8+ years of Salesforce experience and 5+ years guiding large-scale deployments, with deep hands-on work across Health Cloud and Service Cloud.

This role requires on-site collaboration and strong architectural leadership. You will own integrations using REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs, enjoy hands-on Apex development, and demonstrate expertise in LWC, Visualforce, and security controls

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years leading enterprise implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and workflows/approvals.
• 1+ year of Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs; Kafka/MQ is a plus.
• Healthcare domain experience (payer/provider and claims intake/routing) preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/PHI security, roles/permissions, and auditability.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe, CI/CD, code reviews, and performance tuning.

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud.
