Job summary

Ventures Unlimited Inc is seeking a Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect to join our Hartford, CT-based hybrid team. The role requires deep Salesforce development expertise and strong .NET/C# skills, with responsibilities spanning design, development, and integration work across SDLC.

The candidate will mentor juniors, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate across business and technical teams in an Agile environment. Onsite presence is required per schedule.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT/software development experience.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Apex OOP, Visualforce, SOQL, CRUD operations and Salesforce configuration.
10+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework.
Strong knowledge of .NET OOP and SOA.
10+ years of C# experience.
Experience with End-to-End Web Development.
Experience with Responsive Design Patterns.
Experience with Web Services and Windows Services.
Strong understanding of Agile Development Methodology.
Expert-level knowledge of Software Design Patterns.
Strong presentation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements verification, design, development, testing, maintenance, and production support.
Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning Pages, and Visualforce Pages.
Build and support full-stack Salesforce applications.
Apply strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), CRUD operations, SOQL, and Design Patterns.
Work with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and develop integration solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Provide technical guidance, share expertise with team members, and mentor junior developers.
Drive assigned work independently from requirements through implementation.
Participate in Agile development activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job description

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect
Location: Hartford, CT – Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Months
Visa: USC / Green Card
Interview: In Person – First and Second Round
Work Schedule: Candidate must be able to work onsite 1 day per week or 2 days every 2 weeks
Local Requirement: Candidate must be within approximately 2 hours of Hartford, CT, preferably within 1 hour
Both the first and second round interviews will be conducted in person.
Candidates must be able to attend at least one in-person interview.
Candidates with professional references will receive priority consideration.
