Job summary

IntelliSoft Technologies seeks a Salesforce Health Cloud TechLead for a 12-month engagement in Hartford, CT. This W2 role focuses on delivering Health Cloud solutions with Lightning components, Apex, and integration capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development experience, solid design skills, and proficiency in REST/SOAP integrations. Certifications are a plus. Collaboration with stakeholders and mentoring junior developers are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development experience focusing on Health Cloud.
• Proficient in Health Cloud, LWC, Apex, and solution design.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST and SOAP and third-party tools.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Omnistudio Developer/Consultant) are a plus.
• Experience with Lightning, Triggers, Flows, Visualforce development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud applications with emphasis on Apex, LWC, and flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts and team members to gather integration requirements.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and coding standards.
• Perform PoC and PoVs for Salesforce applications.
• Implement best practices in integration development, including error handling and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth data flow.
• Participate in full integration lifecycle between Salesforce Health Cloud and third parties via APIs.
• Stay updated with Salesforce technologies and apply them to projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Salesforce Health cloud TechLead:

• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in Salesforce development with focus on health Cloud.
• Salesforce Health Cloud, LWC, Apex, Salesforce development and Solution designing with focus on health Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration using REST, SOAP and third-party tools.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Omnistudio Developer and Consultant are a plus.

Expectations from the tech lead role:

Develop, Solution Design, Maintain Salesforce Health Cloud applications, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Tech like Apex, LWC, flows.

Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to gather integration requirements.

Conduct code reviews to ensure integration of quality and adherence to coding standards.

Able to PoC and PoVs for Salesforce applications

Implement best practices in integration development, including error handling, message logging, and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure smooth data flow and system interactions.

Participate in the full integration development lifecycle between Salesforce health cloud and third parties using APIs

Conduct code reviews to ensure integration of quality and adherence to coding standards.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends and apply them to projects when appropriate.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
