Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mandatory skills required : Agent force ( Minimum 6 months experience required ), Salesforce ( 8 plus years of experience required )
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
• Experience building AI Agents using Salesforce Agentforce
• 1+ year of experience with test automation frameworks and modern testing tools
• 2+ years of experience in API testing and data validation across distributed systems Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a global delivery model with distributed teams
• Experience working in Agile environments; SAFe experience preferred
• 3-5 years of Salesforce Developer/Admin experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce Pages, Workflows & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles
