Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification Required.
• Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud or Sales/Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, features, and capabilities.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and DX.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components and Apex.
• Proficient in Git and source control; Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and release management for the DL Salesforce instance.
• Develop changes and own DL deployment in pre-prod and production environments.
• Research emerging Salesforce technologies (Education Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Collaborate with campus partners and external vendors for implementation and support.
• Provide troubleshooting and platform training; assist with UAT.
