Sweet James Accident Attorneys is a rapidly growing, AI-powered personal injury firm based in Orange County, CA. We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and maintain automations, screens, and integrations used by our case teams on Litify, the Salesforce-based legal case-management platform.

You will own areas from request through release, including task automation, retainer agreements signed via DocuSign, case management, fee splits, and settlements, reinforcing our AI engineering systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Salesforce development on a production org.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Working knowledge of objects, profiles, permission sets, sharing, and governor limits.
• Release discipline: Git and a sandbox-based release process.
• Ability to explain technical work to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Build Apex classes and triggers, Flows, and Lightning Web Components on Litify.
• Deliver Jira tickets from intake to release; implement small, well-tested changes; fix bugs.
• Release: work in sandboxes, commit via Git, and move changes through DevOps Center pipeline.
• Integrate Salesforce with the firm's AI tools (REST APIs, platform events).
• Ensure data security: respect profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
