This position is askilled SalesforceDeveloper/Administratoron theBusiness Enablement team. This role is central to implementing andoptimizingSalesforce Education Cloud to support the institution’s business needs and long-term strategicobjectives.
Salesforce Education Cloud enables EIM to effectively manage student relationships and university partnerships, helping us expand as a trusted leader in the healthcare education space. In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Enrollment, Marketing, Clinical Education, and Post Professional Services.
You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all EIM Salesforce platforms, including Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and their integrated systems.
The ideal candidate brings experience in higher education and/or the Online Program Management (OPM) sector.
Evaluate, analyze, andmaintainall ofEIM Salesforce instances; serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, andidentifygaps or necessary changes in existing solutions.
Develop andmaintaincustom solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Define project scope,objectives, and feasibility;modifyand configure CRM systems to align with business needs and stakeholder requirements.
Develop and execute test plans and validation of related IT solutions, as well as other quality assurance measures; lead testing such as user acceptance, performance, security, usability, etc.
Manage vendor relationships, working on bug fixes, new features, andoptimalproduct usage.
Deliver training, demonstrations, and regular communications to end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth system adoption.
Create andmaintaincomprehensive documentation, including process maps, system architecture, and organizational structures.
Stayup to datewith Salesforce releases and best practices, contributing to change management efforts for seamless solution transitions.
Strong hands-on experience as both a Salesforce Administratorand SalesforceDeveloper.
Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel and Amazon Connect, including configuring call centers, call flows, queues, and routing.
Must have hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with Zoom Phone/Zoomwebinar, and Canvas LMS.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems using REST APIs, OAuth.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Microsoft OutlookandCalendlyis strongly preferred.
Mustbe comfortable working independently, troubleshooting complex issues, managing priorities, and delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Education: ABachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field isrequired.
Experience in higher Education isa must; OPM experience is preferable.
Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Java,
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Communication Skills: Actively listening to customer needs while recommending best practices that align with both customer interests and EIM objectives.
