Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Salesforce.com developer in the DC/VA area to build Apex code, automate business processes with Flow Builder, and maintain a robust test suite ensuring at least 75% code coverage. You will handle CI/CD, debug, and resolve production issues while serving as the primary admin for the enterprise Salesforce environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Salesforce experience, Salesforce certifications, and a strong understanding of best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor level degree in a related field.
Minimum three years of experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
Salesforce.com developer certifications.
Strong understanding of the platform and ability to build custom components.
Experience in Scrum or Agile environments is preferred.
Unlocked Packages experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop APEX code and triggers.
Automate complex business processes with Salesforce Flow Builder.
Develop test classes to ensure minimum 75% code coverage.
Perform CI/CD activities.
Debug and fix issues in the existing codebase.
Troubleshoot production issues and identify root cause.
Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment.
Work with Salesforce Data Loader for data updates.
Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations.
Coordinate evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
Collaborate with management to establish processes to support development and change management.
Assist in training new users and grow Salesforce.com skills across the organization.
