Description

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their Agile team. This role involves designing, building, and supporting Salesforce applications to meet evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has experience developing scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce automation tools, along with a strong understanding of Agile practices and cross-system integrations.

• Support the full development lifecycle: build, unit testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications, including MuleSoft
• Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and understanding of Salesforce data querying
• Experience configuring Salesforce automation tools like Flows and Process Builder
• Design and develop Salesforce applications aligned with business and technical requirements
• Develop automation tools to streamline business processes
• Configure standard and custom Salesforce objects to support data model needs
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Feature Refinement
• Communicate status updates and technical solutions clearly via Azure DevOps

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105,000 - $120,000 per year. Benefits include fully vested ESOP after 3 years and a bonus structure ranging from 0-13%.
