About the Role

Stride is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining integrations with third-party applications, optimizing custom objects, flows, and automations to support business processes. You’ll work with a team of business analysts and stakeholders to implement technical solutions and ensure data security and accessibility. Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and triggers.
• Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, and other middleware tools.
• Create custom objects, fields, validation rules, and flows to support business operations.
• Manage user profiles, permissions, roles, and ensure secure data access.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for high system performance.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce API integrations and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce security models, permissions, and roles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Change Sets, CI/CD).
• Proficiency in Git or Bitbucket for version control.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).
• Experience with third-party apps such as Hellosign, Mogli SMS, Hubspot, and Totara.
