The role in a nutshell:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, build, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing tools like Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, integrate Salesforce with external systems, and ensure high-quality development through testing and best practices.

How you will make a difference:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and related applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, architects, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Participate in refining user stories, code reviews, testing, and follow best practices for deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations and integrations.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and departments.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and work for future reference.

What will give you an advantage:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Experience with SDLC, coding standards, change control, and version management.
• Proficiency in Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and integration tools like REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts into business language.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are a plus.
