We’re pioneering the development and commercialization of Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease, aiming to establish a new standard of care through sonic pressure wave technology.

Position Overview

The Associate Salesforce Developer/Administrator will support the ongoing administration and development of our Salesforce environment. The successful candidate will improve processes and adoption using the Force.com platform, working closely with Commercial Operations, functional leaders, and subject matter experts to develop and deploy new business processes including quoting, case management, and integrations. Responsibilities include configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of all sales tools.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Serve as system administrator for Salesforce.com with 400+ users.
  2. Handle administrative functions such as user management, reports, dashboards, flows, code, and integrations.
  3. Conduct system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  4. Manage data feeds and integrations.
  5. Coordinate evaluation, scope, and completion of development requests.
  6. Establish business processes supporting administrative and development activities.
  7. Train new users and upskill existing users.
  8. Act as liaison between users, vendors, and development teams.
  9. Define and document current and future requirements.
  10. Support sales tools including Formyoula, Salesforce Mobile, and others.
  11. Design and implement new processes and promote user adoption.
  12. Build custom apps, objects, workflows, and other components of intermediate complexity.
  13. Proficient in Apex and JavaScript.
  14. Develop and deploy Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  2. 1-2 years of Salesforce administration experience.
  3. Salesforce Admin certification (ADM201).
  4. Knowledge of JavaScript; Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer are preferred.
  5. Experience designing processes and facilitating user adoption.
  6. Strong understanding of SFDC platform and best practices.
  7. Data management skills.
  8. Ability to articulate complex requirements.
  9. This is a remote role; candidates must reside in EST or CST time zones.
  10. Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
  11. Experience in FDA-regulated environments and agile methodologies is desirable.
  12. Strong customer service and communication skills.
  13. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information
  • Base pay range: $63,000 - $102,350 annually.
