Our client, a purpose-driven healthcare organization, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to support and enhance their Sales and Service Clouds and to integrate Salesforce into a dynamic, evolving tech ecosystem.

This role offers the opportunity where your code helps care happen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows) for Sales & Service Cloud
• Configure and optimize existing processes to support healthcare operations and customer service teams
• Lead integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems (using APIs, middleware, etc.)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Ensure best practices in architecture, security, and performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and Flow
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and platform architecture
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification(s) preferred
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
