Job Description:

We are seeking Senior Salesforce Engineers with a strong background in Apex development and a genuine desire to contribute to impactful projects. This is a remote opportunity to work with a diverse, globally distributed team, building solutions that directly support mental health initiatives for children around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and asynchronous processes (queueable, batchable, schedulable).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, multicultural teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, security, and deployment processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Apex triggers, queueable classes, and integrations.
• Preferably Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certified.
• Passion for working on socially impactful projects with a globally distributed team.
