We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team and drive innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a technical expert who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Engage with product and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows and processes, and identify business challenges
• Lead discovery workshops and document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct solution reviews and ensure quality assurance during the usability phase of product development
• Design Salesforce solutions that meet business needs while adhering to Salesforce best practices and scalability considerations
• Create detailed solution designs, including system architecture diagrams, data flow models, and process workflows
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
• Participate in technical design sessions and develop comprehensive technical solution documentation aligned with business objectives

Development & Implementation

• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations
• Create custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform
• Provide guidance on Salesforce configurations, declarative development, and customizations
• Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with third-party systems and enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical execution
• Execute detailed test plans to ensure quality delivery of all solutions
• Provide accurate estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks
• Perform automated testing and write comprehensive unit tests

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation (minimum 3 years platform experience)
• Proven experience delivering scalable and effective Salesforce solutions across various business domains
• Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience)

Technical Skills & Development Experience

• Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate systems, including point-to-point and integration platform-based API integrations
• Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce product suite and multiple clouds
• Visualforce
• Apex controllers
• Triggers
• Batch Apex
• HTML and CSS
• Other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform

Configuration & Platform Knowledge

• Strong configuration experience using Salesforce point-and-click application administration interface
• Expertise in security model design and declarative application development
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative tools, and customization options
• Hands-on experience building solutions using Process Builder and Flows
• Familiarity with data migration, security models, and integration patterns

Required Certifications

• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (required)
• Current Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred
