Robotics Technologies LLC in the United States seeks an accomplished Salesforce leader to drive enterprise-scale implementations and oversee delivery teams across Health Cloud programs.

You will own architecture and DevOps workflows, collaborating with healthcare payers and providers, and ensuring governance, security, and quality across onshore/offshore delivery.

Must have Platform Developer I and extensive Salesforce certifications; strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of Salesforce enterprise delivery experience.
• Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).
• Healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge.
• Data Cloud experience preferred.
• Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Description: 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience strongly preferred.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).
Experience supporting healthcare or health insurance organizations.
Data Cloud experience preferred
Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).
Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge, including claims, case management, or workflow automation.
Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
