Machine Learning Technologies, LLC in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Senior Salesforce Lead to drive enterprise deployments, lead delivery teams, and shape Health Cloud initiatives across healthcare payers and providers.

You will partner with stakeholders, own the technical vision, mentor onshore and offshore teams, and ensure high quality, scalable Salesforce solutions using DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).
• Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge (claims, case management, workflow automation).
• Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Job Description: 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams.
