Job summary

Mastek Limited is seeking a Salesforce Developer – Salesforce Cloud (Customized Lightning Data Table) with 7 to 10 years of experience. The role involves designing, building, and testing Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud and Service Cloud, plus integrating with external systems in a healthcare setting.

The candidate will mentor junior developers, participate in sprint planning, and provide production support.

Qualifications

• 6-9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
• 3+ years dedicated to Health Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.
• Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and asynchronous processing (batch, queueable, platform events).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II preferred.
• Healthcare payer domain concepts: member/patient records, provider network data, care coordination, HIPAA data handling.
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or similar middleware) in a multi-system healthcare env.
• Experience delivering in offshore capacity supporting a U.S.-based client.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and unit-test Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative config.
• Extend Health Cloud and Service Cloud data models and integration with downstream systems.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and middleware connections.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, code reviews, and documentation.
• Provide production/L3 support and root-cause analysis within a capacity-based model.
• Mentor mid-level developers within the offshore pod.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and unit-test custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative configuration. Implement and extend Health Cloud data models (care plans, provider network, member/patient records) and Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel routing, knowledge). Build and maintain integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) between Salesforce and downstream systems supporting the PDR platformTranslate business analyst and product requirements into technical designs; participate in estimation and sprint planningConduct peer code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation. Provide production/L3 support within the capacity-based delivery model, including root-cause analysis and defect resolution. Partner with QA on test scenarios, defect triage, and release readinessMentor mid-level developers within the offshore pod

Required Qualifications
