Job summary

Ethereum Technologies in Saint Paul, MN seeks a Senior Salesforce Enterprise Lead with 10+ years delivering large-scale implementations. You will guide delivery teams, define architecture, and ensure data security for health cloud projects.

You will own stakeholder alignment, manage onshore and offshore teams, and drive SAFe/Agile practices while leveraging Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and CI/CD tools to accelerate value for healthcare payers and providers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce enterprise implementations and delivery leadership.
• Expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience preferred.
• Platform Developer I certification required; other certifications (PD II, Architect) preferred.
• Healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge (claims, workflow) is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Salesforce delivery teams across onshore and offshore models.
• Define architecture, data modeling, integrations, and security for Health Cloud projects.

Job Description: 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations and delivery teams.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience strongly preferred.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred (PD II, Architect, Agentforce Specialist).
Experience supporting healthcare or health insurance organizations.
Data Cloud experience preferred
Experience building Agentforce solutions and AI-powered agents.
Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).
Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge, including claims, case management, or workflow automation.
Experience leading Agile/SAFe teams across onshore and offshore delivery models.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
