Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience leading enterprise-scale implementations.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud; Data Cloud experience strongly preferred.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare or health insurance organizations.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools (Git, AutoRABIT/Copado, Salesforce CLI).
• Strong healthcare payer/provider domain knowledge, including claims, case management, or workflow automation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and delivery teams.
• Oversee onshore and offshore delivery models to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
