Audax Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and declarative automation to support business processes.

You will collaborate with the CRM team and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality CRM solutions, maintain data integrity, and contribute to future Salesforce implementations as the firm grows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong experience with Apex (classes, triggers), with exposure to batch and asynchronous processing.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern UI solutions within Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flows and data model configuration.
• Understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, and platform best practices within complex orgs.
• Experience with debugging and basic performance optimization, with an understanding of governor limits.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within complex or highly customized Salesforce environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform technologies.
• Build, optimize, and debug complex declarative automation (Flows) aligned with platform standards.
• Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and middleware tools.
• Work within and extend the InvestorFlow managed package, ensuring compatibility with custom solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within custom code, integrations, and Audax’s broader Salesforce instance.
• Develop and optimize batch Apex and asynchronous processes, with consideration for governor limits and performance.
• Participate in QA processes, including unit testing, system testing, and support of release deployments (FLAG).
• Collaborate with CRM team members and stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective solutions.
• Support implementation efforts for new business units onboarding to Salesforce, including configuration, development, and testing.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including system architecture, data models, and development standards.
• Contribute technical input on feasibility and implementation approaches in collaboration with senior team members.
• Support ongoing enhancements to improve platform usability, performance, and scalability.

POSITION SUMMARY

Audax Group is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the design, build, and enhancement of solutions within our Salesforce platform. This individual will be responsible for executing technical implementations across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative automation to support critical business processes.

The Salesforce Developer will work closely with the CRM team and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into effective, scalable solutions that support system performance and improve user experience, while maintaining long-term platform stability and supporting the firm’s continued growth. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-impact platform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a key player of the team, you will help enhance, streamline, and maintain our Salesforce environment, including the InvestorFlow managed package. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support the development of thoughtful CRM solutions, and help ensure reliable data integrity and system performance.

This role will also support upcoming Salesforce implementations as additional business units are onboarded to the platform. The Developer will contribute to solution design, build, and rollout efforts, gaining exposure to end-to-end implementation work in a dynamic environment.

Location

Boston, MA. This position is in the office 2 days/week. These in-office requirements may be adjusted based on the needs of the business.

For Massachusetts: The base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $128,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
