1Luv Foods LLC seeks an Administrative & Systems Specialist to support operations using Salesforce, Advanced Excel, and QuickBooks. The role blends administrative precision with tech-enabled processes to maintain data integrity and streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in admin roles, strong Excel and CRM skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities in a fast-growing foods business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative role with proven technical proficiency.
• Hands-on, professional experience with Salesforce CRM (reporting, dashboard creation, data management).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, and data visualization).
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop for essential bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce Administration (40%): Manage and maintain the integrity of our customer database within Salesforce; Create and generate custom reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and management teams; Update customer records, track interactions, and support the sales pipeline process; Assist in training new users on basic Salesforce functionality and best practices.
