Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or CRM/data management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce/CRM data management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce data, dashboards, and reports.
• Analyze data to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop reports, presentations, and other data-driven materials.
• Support surveys, research, and cross-functional data initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Recommend data and process improvements to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on reporting and analytics requirements.
