Job summary

Inogen seeks an IT Systems Analyst Lead to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce-based CRM and related enterprise applications. You will own collaboration with process owners, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure secure, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in information technology, CS, engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years in Solution Architecture with Salesforce integrations to enterprise platforms.
• Experience designing secure, MFA-enabled portals for customers/patients.
• Knowledge of data platforms and integration tools (Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau, Boomi, MuleSoft).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of Salesforce-based and related enterprise applications.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across departments.
• Govern platform governance, upgrades, data integrity, and security/compliance.
