Job summary

Brooksource is supporting a federal contract to implement and sustain a Salesforce participant engagement platform. The Data/ETL Developer will manage end-to-end Salesforce data operations, triage data issues, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors in a high-pressure, multi-vendor environment with PHI/PII sensitivity and governance requirements.

You will use Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, Bulk API, SOQL, MuleSoft, CRM Analytics, and Data 360 to ensure data quality and reliable

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce data tools experience (CLI, Data Loader, Bulk API, SOQL).
• Proficiency with MuleSoft as ETL engine and data staging/load sequencing.
• Knowledge of CRM Analytics and Data 360 for data quality.
• Ability to write Apex scripts for custom data operations.
• Awareness of PHI/PII and federal data governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale Salesforce data operations across loads, transformations, validations, and remediation.
• Triage data integrity issues and implement remediation plans in a multi-vendor environment.
• Use MuleSoft to stage, sequence, and load data across systems (DRC and others).
• Leverage CRM Analytics and Data 360 for data quality reviews and partners’ reporting.
• Write Apex scripts to support data operations when declarative tooling falls short.
• Ensure data handling complies with PHI/PII sensitivity and governance standards.
• Engage with client stakeholders and vendors to present data work professionally.
