Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise integrations.
• Hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components development.
• Experience with Agentforce Voice and AI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and data streams.
• Design and govern integrations between Salesforce platforms and external systems.
• Define data models, patterns, and governance for the team.
• Provide senior technical guidance to stakeholders and federal contacts.
• Collaborate with Apex/LWC developers to align components with architecture.
• Identify risks and performance bottlenecks and drive resolution.
• Lead architectural efforts for Agentforce Voice and AI features on the platform.
• Ensure compliance with PHI/PII and federal governance standards.
