Experian is hiring a hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next Developer to build and operate our customer data and marketing technology ecosystem. You will unify customer data, manage identity and consent, and design audience segments across Marketing Cloud Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, or similar platforms.
• Experience building customer journeys, audiences, and marketing automation.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain Data Cloud data streams, mappings, and data models to unify customer data across sources.
• Design and activate audience segments for Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Next, and downstream channels.
• Develop Marketing Cloud Next solutions using Flow Builder, Data Actions, and Data Kits, including modernizing Journey Builder journeys.
• Create personalized content using SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Troubleshoot data, campaign, and platform issues across teams in Agile delivery.
