M&S Consulting is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud consultant to join our delivery team on a contract basis. You will configure compliant email and SMS channels, build preference centers, and stand up real-time, data-driven journeys that sync with Salesforce core.

You will help clients adopt Marketing Cloud Next, using Data Cloud and Agentforce to deliver AI-driven segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation while ensuring privacy and consent compliance in every build.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SFMC Engagement implementation experience including Journey Builder, Email Studio and Contact Builder.
• MobileConnect setup with short/long codes, keyword, and opt-in/out management.
• CloudPages development (AMPscript/SSJS) for preference centers or subscription centers.
• Marketing Cloud Connect configuration and Salesforce core data integration.
• Data Extensions, SQL, Automation Studio, and suppression management.

Responsabilités

• Configure email and SMS channels and consent workflows.
• Build and sync custom subscription and preference centers across multi‑BU designs.
• Design multi‑step journeys in Journey Builder with real-time triggers.
• Implement Marketing Cloud Next on Data Cloud (Data 360) with Agentforce for segmentation and personalization.
• Manage audience schemas, suppression data, and cross‑channel data flows.
