Job summary

Accenture seeks an early-career Salesforce architect within its Life Sciences Salesforce Business Group. You’ll help shape Data Cloud, AI, and commercial transformation programs across pharma, biotech, and MedTech clients.

You’ll work under senior architects, own discrete workstreams, and grow toward independent delivery. You will translate client requirements into user stories, contribute to solution design, and support integrations with Salesforce CRM and external data sources while building

Qualifications

• 2+ years Salesforce delivery experience in a consulting or SI environment.
• 1 year Data Cloud experience including data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation patterns.
• 1 year Agentforce hands-on experience or certification with Agentforce, Einstein, or equivalent AI tooling on the Salesforce platform.
• CRM fundamentals—Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Life Sciences Cloud.
• 1 year of experience with APIs, data modeling, and integration concepts; REST/SOAP or MuleSoft a plus.
• 1 year of consulting (client-facing) experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, min 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Data Cloud architecture—design and configure data models, data streams, identity resolution, and segmentation for Life Sciences use cases.
• Agentforce & AI build—implement Agentforce agents and AI-powered workflows across patient services and commercial programs
• Solution documentation—write design documents, data flow diagrams, and technical specs
• Integration support—design and implement integrations between Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and external data sources
• Requirements and workshops—translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria; support design workshops
• Quality and testing—own technical test scenarios; support UAT, performance tests, and go-live readiness
• Practice contribution—create accelerators, reusable assets, and POVs for Life Sciences AI and Data Cloud practice
