Job summary

ListEngage is seeking a Salesforce Data 360 Enablement Architect to join ListEngage Academy, our internal enablement team, to educate and empower learners with Salesforce Data 360. The learners will be a mix of new employees and seasoned Salesforce professionals transitioning into Data 360.

The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data 360, capable of presenting and facilitating conversations most of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• Data 360 Consultant Salesforce certification required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360.
• Ability to teach and facilitate learning for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Data 360.
• Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners.
• Assess learner progress and adapt instruction based on varying skill levels.
• Provide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs.
