ListEngage, LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data 360 educator to join our Academy. You will educate and empower learners, from newcomers to experienced Salesforce users, to confidently use Salesforce Data 360.

The ideal candidate can simplify complex topics, deliver engaging live instruction, and translate concepts into practical, real-world learning experiences. Prior teaching is preferred but not required; strong technical aptitude and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360.
• Strong data modeling, ingestion, identity resolution, and segmentation.
• Experience with SQL and Salesforce products (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Data 360.
• Design curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects.
• Translate complex concepts into digestible content for learners.
• Assess learner progress and adapt instruction by skill level.
• Provide coaching and feedback to learners.
• Foster inclusive, engaging learning environments.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases to improve content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with needs.
