Job summary

OMG Technology seeks an experienced Salesforce Data 360 Architect for Life Sciences/Health Cloud to lead enterprise Salesforce programs in a regulated pharma environment. You will drive architecture, integrations, data models, security, and governance across the stack.

We require 8+ years in Salesforce, 10+ years IT, and hands-on Life Sciences Cloud and Data 360 expertise, with strong communication to executives and cross-functional teams. This is a remote, contract role with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years IT/technology experience.
• 8+ years hands-on Salesforce ecosystem experience.
• Strong experience as Senior Salesforce Engineer, Technical Architect, or Salesforce Architect.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Life Sciences/Health Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Data 360.
• Experience delivering Salesforce implementations and integrations in regulated Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise Salesforce architecture: data modeling, security, and scalability.
• Experience with Tableau and analytics platforms.

Salesforce Data 360 Architect – Life Sciences/ Health Cloud

We are looking to hire a candidate with the mentioned skill sets and experience for one of our clients within the pharmaceutical Industry. This is REMOTE position.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Salesforce Engineer/Architectwith strong expertise in theSalesforce ecosystem, particularlySalesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Data 360, to support enterprise Salesforce initiatives within aregulated Pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions using Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud for Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences business functions.
• Lead Salesforce implementations, enhancements, migrations, and enterprise integrations within a regulated Pharma environment.
• Define Salesforce solution architecture, integration architecture, data models, security, scalability, and best practices.
• Work closely with business, product, data, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications, data platforms, and external systems.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to Salesforce engineering and development teams.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory, security, compliance, and governance requirements within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Support enterprise data and analytics initiatives using Salesforce Data 360.
• Work with reporting and analytics platforms, including Tableau / Tableau Pulse / Tableau Next.
• Establish Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, and governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience inIT/technology experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong experience as aSenior Salesforce Engineer, Technical Architect, or Salesforce Architect.
• Hands-on experience withSalesforce Life Sciences/Health Cloud
• Strong experience withSalesforce Data 360
• Experience delivering Salesforce implementations and integrations within aregulated Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences environment.
• Strong understanding of enterpriseSalesforce architecture, including:
• Salesforce solution architecture
• Application and integration architecture
• Data architecture and data modeling
• Security and access controls
• Scalability and performance
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
• Experience withAI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding ofPharma and Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience withTableau, Tableau Pulse, and/or Tableau Next.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations.
• Experience working with Pharmaceutical commercial, clinical, medical, patient or Life Sciences business functions..
• Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce engineering teams.
