Job summary

Akumin is seeking a CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our CRM system, with Salesforce experience preferred. You'll ensure data integrity, support sales with insightful reports, and collaborate across IT, marketing, and data vendors.

Responsibilities include system oversight, data cleansing, user training, customization, and documentation to keep CRM aligned with business processes and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 2+ years of experience in CRM administration or a similar role (Salesforce experience required).
• Strong proficiency in CRM software, data management, and reporting tools; familiarity with database management concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CRM operation to meet user needs and company goals.
• Manage data entry, quality control, and cleansing with vendors.
• Provide user training and support, resolving issues promptly.
• Customize CRM features, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Generate regular reports to analyze customer data and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and data vendors.
• Create and maintain CRM documentation and training materials.
