Akumin is hiring an Administrator, Client Relationship Management (CRM) to oversee the daily operation of our CRM platform, maintain data integrity, and support the sales team with actionable reports. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years in CRM administration or similar role, Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software, data management and reporting tools.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• System Management: Oversee daily operation of the CRM system and align with company goals.
• Data Maintenance: Manage data entry, quality control, and cleansing for high data integrity.
• User Support: Provide training and support to users, addressing issues promptly.
• Customization and Configuration: Configure CRM features, fields, workflows, and reports.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports to analyze customer data and sales effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, data vendors, marketing, and IT to improve CRM practices.
• Documentation: Create and maintain CRM process docs, guides, and training materials.
