Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder seeks a CRM DevOps Release Analyst to support Salesforce Education Cloud deployments within the Enterprise CRM program. You will build and review release packages, monitor the deployment pipeline, manage sandbox lifecycles, and maintain production data hygiene under guidance.

You'll collaborate with the DevOps Manager, Sr. SFDC Developer, and CRM teams to ensure stable, secure releases.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Familiarity with Salesforce release management and CI/CD tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage release packages and deployment pipelines for SFDC applications.
• Coordinate sandbox refreshes, data seeding, and environment alignment.
• Maintain deployment runbooks and environment procedures.
• Document changes, release notes, and operational procedures.
• Support QA testing and bug verification in deployment contexts.
• Collaborate with DevOps Manager, developers, and business analysts.
