Job summary

Chase is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Consumer & Community Banking team in the US. You will design, implement, and troubleshoot Salesforce solutions, write secure production code, and produce architecture artifacts for complex apps.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 3+ years Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce development, debugging, and maintenance in a large corporate environment.
• In depth knowledge of Apex programming language and limitations.
• Solid understanding of building Salesforce Lightning UI, LWC.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning Connect to call external API.
• Development and understanding of connectivity solutions, REST API, Messaging and Data transfers.
• Good understanding of OAuth2, Caching, Future calls, Outlook integration, open CTI and Salesforce features.
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
• Salesforce certifications, familiarity with modern front-end technologies, cloud exposure, and AI-driven features within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
• Leverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across complex deliverables.
• Applies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain to improve value through automation.
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large data sets for continuous improvement of software applications and systems.
• Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events exploring new technologies; supports diversity and inclusion.
• Leverages AI-assisted tools throughout the SDLC to improve code quality, test coverage, and developer productivity while adhering to risk, security, and compliance standards.
