Job summary

Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) seeks a CRM Business Analyst to support BH CRM initiatives, including analysis, design, and deployment of enterprise reporting and data warehouse solutions.

The role requires working with IT, business owners, and contractors to translate needs into functional specs, perform data analysis, and assist in RFPs, QA/testing, and end-user training. On-site in Lansing with a 90-mile relocation rule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with Salesforce-based applications.
• QA and testing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in Federal/state government environments.
• Familiarity with data management and process improvement.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP and HIPAA.
• CXone or similar contact center suite.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and prioritizes business and user needs.
• Triage user requests, prioritize, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with IT and projects teams to operationalize business processes.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehousing.
• Assist in deployment and management of end-user reporting tools.
