We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to serve as a technical leader within our Salesforce practice, driving the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Sales Cloud solutions. This role combines deep hands‑on technical expertise with architectural vision — you'll be responsible for shaping how our Salesforce ecosystem evolves, mentoring fellow developers, and translating complex business needs into robust, maintainable technical solutions across CPQ, Billing, Partner Portal, and Lead Management domains. The ideal candidate is both a hands‑on builder and a strategic thinker — someone who can architect enterprise‑grade solutions while also rolling up their sleeves to write clean, well‑tested Apex and Lightning code.
Strong command of Salesforce platform best practices, secure coding standards, design guidelines, and governor limit management.
Proficient with modern development tooling: Visual Studio Code, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and release management.
Solid understanding of integration architecture and hands‑on experience with third‑party integration/ETL tools such as Informatica, Workato, Boomi, or MuleSoft in conjunction with Salesforce.
Proven experience working within Agile/iterative development environments, including running proof-of-concept (POC) efforts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
