Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design experience.
• 8+ years in a Salesforce CPQ Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Consultant role.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation experience.
• 6+ years with pricing rules, product configuration, discounts, and approvals.
• Experience designing quote/product architectures for high-volume environments.
• 6+ years integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP/rebate systems via APIs/middleware.
• Strong Salesforce security, Experience Cloud access controls, and data visibility.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Cloud or Salesforce CPQ for manufacturing/high-tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture of Salesforce CPQ solutions including config, pricing, and order management.
• Design scalable pricing models, discount structures, and BOM processes.
• Create architecture docs, data flows, integration specs, and standards.
• Establish security models across Salesforce, Experience Cloud and partner apps.
• Provide governance for custom development, automation, and performance.
• Ensure integration between Salesforce CPQ, ERP, and third-party platforms.

We are seeking a senior Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, integrations, platform governance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate can translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to client and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and order management.
• Design scalable solutions for complex pricing models, discounting strategies, rebate programs, and bill-of-materials (BOM) processes.
• Develop architecture documentation, solution designs, data flow diagrams, integration specifications, and technical standards.
• Establish security and access models across Salesforce, Experience Cloud, and partner-facing applications.
• Provide governance and technical oversight for custom development, automation, integrations, and platform performance.
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce CPQ, ERP systems, financial applications, and third-party platforms.
• Facilitate workshops and solution reviews to define requirements, align stakeholders, and drive architecture decisions.
• Assess technical risks, enforce quality standards, and support successful project delivery across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture and enterprise solution design experience.
• 8+ years in a Salesforce CPQ Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Consultant role.
• 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick/SBQQ) implementation experience.
• 6+ years of experience with pricing rules, product configuration, discount schedules, subscription products, renewals, and approval workflows.
• Experience designing quote and product architectures for high-volume, multi-product environments.
• 6+ years of experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems, rebate management platforms, and external configurators using APIs and middleware solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, Experience Cloud access controls, field-level security, and role‑based data visibility.
• 2+ years of Manufacturing Cloud experience or experience delivering Salesforce CPQ solutions for high-tech, semiconductor, or manufacturing organizations.

Technical Qualifications

• Experience with Apex development, including trigger frameworks, asynchronous processing, and platform optimization.
• Expertise in Flow Builder and enterprise automation design.
• Experience designing and supporting Experience Cloud or partner portal solutions.
• Strong understanding of SOQL performance optimization and large-data-volume environments.
• Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP API design, integration patterns, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP platforms, preferably SAP and rebate management solutions.
• Understanding of integration monitoring, error handling, and data governance best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OmniStudio, DataRaptors, or similar Salesforce industry solutions.
• Knowledge of Agentforce, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, or AI-enabled sales and quoting capabilities.
• Experience with product configurator or BOM integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, audit/compliance capabilities, and data governance frameworks.
• Strong consulting, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce Architect/Consultant certifications (Preferred)
