For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Administrator / Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will support commercial operations by administering CRM and configuration tools, strengthening reporting capabilities, and improving the visibility needed to manage sales performance effectively. The position partners closely with commercial leaders, IT, and external partners to troubleshoot issues, coordinate enhancements, and drive process improvements across the business.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of systems administration, analytics, and business partnership experience to help optimize forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,000 – $183,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce and CPQ, including user access and system configurations
• Serve as the primary business resource for CRM and other commercial applications
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate enhancements with IT and external partners
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and performance reporting tools

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business data and provide actionable recommendations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
