BUGENDAITECH US LLC is seeking a talented Salesforce Copado CRT and QA professional to join our team in the USA. You will bridge Salesforce development and quality assurance to deliver reliable solutions for our clients.

In this role you will validate requirements, embed QA into CI/CD pipelines, implement Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), ensure release quality, and collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve defects while documenting tests and ensuring Salesforce best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce QA: Validate business requirements and system functionality.
• Copado Integration: Embed QA into CI/CD pipelines for automated testing during deployments.
• Automation: Implement Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to streamline regression and functional testing.
• Release Quality: Ensure changes are validated before moving across environments.
• Collaborate: with developers and business analysts to identify, document, and resolve defects
• Documentation :Create and maintain QA documentation including test plans, test scripts, and defect reports
• Compliance:Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational change management standards

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD and CRT automation, and user story management
• Strong understanding of release governance and environment management
• Ability to design and execute test strategies for enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Proven experience in Salesforce QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle management
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments and sprint-based release cycles
• Salesforce Administrator or Copado certification is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
