Capgemini is seeking a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect with a strong focus on CG Cloud Retail Execution and enterprise-grade architecture. The role supports presales activities and grows Capgemini’s professional services practice, leading design workshops and aligning solutions with client stakeholders.

You will bring 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, including CG Cloud Retail Execution, and demonstrated success delivering CG Cloud implementations across the CG Cloud

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, including 2+ years on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution.
• Proven experience as lead architect delivering end-to-end CG Cloud implementations.
• Deep CG Cloud capabilities: Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, Assessments, and Retail Store data model.
• Strong CG Cloud mobile/offline architecture, sync patterns, and performance optimization.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data models, sharing strategies, and territory/route hierarchies.
• Proven integration architecture across SAP, Order Management, and Data Cloud ecosystems.

About the Job You're Considering

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Architect with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in Salesforce technologies, supporting presales initiatives and helping to grow our professional services practice.

Your Role

• Strong background in solution design, architecture governance, and technical decision-making frameworks
• Hands-on Salesforce platform depth (Apex, APIs, data architecture, release strategy) aligned with enterprise best practices
• Experience leading design workshops, discovery sessions, and architectural alignment with client stakeholders
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect (or on certification path strongly preferred)
• Strong experience working in Agile delivery models and driving solution documentation and architecture artifacts
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide delivery teams

Your Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, including 2+ years on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution
• Proven experience as lead architect delivering at least one end-to-end CG Cloud implementation
• Deep expertise across CG Cloud capabilities: Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, Assessments, and Retail Store data model
• Strong understanding of CG Cloud mobile/offline architecture, sync patterns, and field performance optimization
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data models, sharing strategies, and territory/route hierarchies
• Proven integration architecture experience across SAP (S/4 or ECC), Order Management, and Data Cloud ecosystems

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082-$193,440.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
