Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Min. 1 year management or technology consulting experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201).
• Fully proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Data Loader.
• Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Advanced Administrator (Admin 211) preferred.
• Experience implementing databases and building custom apps on Salesforce.
• Experience building simple decision models from complex logic.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Salesforce architecture and flow automation on the Salesforce platform.
• Assist with building declarative components (Apps, Lightning Pages) in Salesforce Lightning.
• Help create on-record analytics (roll up fields, formula fields, reports) in Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce architecture, automation, and security settings across all Salesforce Clouds and connected apps.
• Install and configure apps from Salesforce AppExchange and integrations.
• Draft comprehensive technical documentation for consultants, engineers, and clients.
• Document written requirements from client discovery period.
• Design solutions based on technical requirements and options.
• Discuss data model considerations with clients and internally, proposing recommendations.
