Baker Tilly US is seeking a Salesforce Consulting Staff to develop technical solutions, lead client calls, and deliver custom reports. You will guide architecture decisions, create analytics, and train clients on Salesforce deployments.

The role emphasizes packaging solutions, documenting requirements, and maintaining secure configurations across Salesforce Clouds. Strong communication and EST-hours compatibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year minimum relevant experience; management or technology consulting preferred.
• Salesforce Admin (Admin 201) certification.
• Fully proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Data Loader.
• Certified Salesforce Cloud Consultant and Admin 211 preferred.
• Experience building databases and custom Salesforce apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist with building architecture (objects, fields, page layouts) and flow automation on the Salesforce platform.
• Assist with building declarative components (Apps, Lightning Pages) in Salesforce Lightning.
• Help create on-record analytics (roll up fields, formula fields, reports) in Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce architecture, automation, and security settings across all Salesforce Clouds and connected apps.
• Install and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange such as email, social media, financial management, online payment, SMS, and form building applications.
• Install and configure proprietary applications or integrations as needed.
• Draft comprehensive technical documentation for consultants, engineers and clients.
• Document written requirements from client discovery period and workshops.
• Design recommended solutions based on technical requirements and best approach.
• Discuss data model considerations with clients and internally.
• Propose determined recommendations.
