Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Salesforce Consulting Staff to design and implement technical solutions, lead discovery calls, and deliver custom reports. You will drive architecture decisions, document requirements, and train clients while coordinating with teams.

Ideal candidates have a Salesforce Admin 201 certification, 1 year of consulting experience, and proficiency with Lightning and Data Loader. Expect EST hours and client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1 year Management or Technology Consulting experience preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin 201)

Responsibilities

• Assist with building architecture (objects, fields, page layouts) and flow automation on the Salesforce platform.
• Assist with building declarative components (Apps, Lightning Pages) in Salesforce Lightening.
• Help create on-record analytics (roll up fields, formula fields, record-level reports) in Salesforce.
• Configure Salesforce architecture, automation, and security settings across all Salesforce Clouds and connected apps.
• Install and configure applications from the Salesforce AppExchange such as email, social media, financial management, online payment, SMS, and form building applications.
• Install and configure proprietary applications or integrations as needed.
• Draft comprehensive technical documentation appropriate for other consultants, engineering, and clients.
