**Responsibilities**

• Partner with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Gather, analyse, and document requirements before designing fit-for-purpose configurations and processes.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related functionality to support customer and operational objectives.
• Advise clients on Salesforce implementation, optimisation, and platform best practices.
• Serve as a primary client contact, helping maintain clear communication and a positive delivery experience.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, protect system integrity, and provide training and ongoing support to end users.

**Requirements**

• Salesforce Consultant certification is required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications are required.
• At least one technical Salesforce certification, such as Platform Developer is required.
