Qualifications

• Certification as Salesforce Consultant is required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications are required.
• Platform Developer or another technical Salesforce certification is required.
• Ability to work in a client-facing consulting role and communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate into Salesforce solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements before configuring Salesforce.
• Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related functionality.
• Advise clients on implementation, optimization, and best practices.
• Act as primary client contact to maintain clear communication and delivery quality.
• Troubleshoot issues, protect data integrity, and train end users.
