Job description

Canidium is a leading consultancy specializing in sales performance management and sales operations technologies. We collaborate with mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies to provide the expertise and assistance in selecting and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

We're currently seeking a talented Salesforce Consultant to join our expanding team, working remotely and located preferably in Costa Rica. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with client business goals. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications through Salesforce Flow and other declarative methods, and deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze stakeholder’s business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

  • Utilize declarative tools such as Flow to build screen applications as well as record-triggered automations.

  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.

  • Develop and execute Flow tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Canidium Salesforce solutions.

  • Deploy configuration changes to production environments using Salesforce deployment tools and best practices.

  • Assist with data migration and validation between systems and/or Salesforce orgs.

  • Participate in automation reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project success.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • 2-3 years experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Admin with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform.

  • Significant expertise in Flow and other Salesforce platform automation tools.

  • Multiple Salesforce certifications in areas related to platform development and automation.

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.

  • Previous experience working on Enterprise implementation projects.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
